Overview
Sunfeast, a well-loved biscuit brand, aimed to create excitement around the launch of its limited-edition Choco Cookies. To offer customers a unique and interactive experience, Sunfeast partnered with AKOOL to integrate streaming avatars on its website, enhancing customer engagement during the launch.
Challenge
Launching a limited-edition product required more than traditional advertisements to grab attention and create a connection with consumers. Sunfeast wanted to provide an interactive and memorable experience to make the launch stand out and engage visitors on their website.
Solution
Using AKOOL’s streaming avatar technology, Sunfeast introduced a virtual assistant on its website to guide visitors through the new product launch. The avatar answered customer questions in real time, shared details about the cookies’ rich chocolate flavor and ingredients, and offered pairing suggestions. It also provided information about where to purchase the cookies, ensuring visitors had all the details they needed.
Results
The avatar’s presence on the website boosted engagement significantly, with a 18% increase in visitor interaction rates compared to previous product launches. Consumers appreciated the interactive experience, calling it a fresh and innovative way to learn about the new flavor.
Takeaway
Sunfeast’s integration of AKOOL's streaming avatar technology turned a standard product launch into a more interactive and engaging experience. By focusing on personalized interactions, Sunfeast connected with its customers in a new way, making the limited-edition launch a memorable success.
