Akool Community Content Policies

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Akool Community! Our platform is dedicated to fostering creativity and collaboration through AI-generated content (AIGC) in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. By engaging in the community, you agree to abide by these Content Policies, which align with U.S. regulations, GDPR privacy standards, and SOC 2 security compliance requirements. These guidelines ensure a positive experience for all users and protect against harmful or unlawful activities.

2. Prohibited Content

Users must not post, share, or promote content that includes:

• Illegal or Unlawful Content: Any material that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, and illicit activities.

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or hostility based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected attributes.

• Explicit, Adult, or Sexually Suggestive Content: Pornography, sexually explicit materials, depictions of non-consensual intimate content, or any content inappropriate for a general audience.

• Violence & Self-Harm: Graphic violence, threats, glorification of self-harm, suicide encouragement, or promotion of dangerous activities.

• Misinformation & Manipulative Content: False or misleading claims, manipulated media designed to deceive others, or any form of content that may cause real-world harm.

• Cybersecurity Violations: Malware distribution, hacking-related content, or any attempts to compromise digital security.

• Copyright &Intellectual PropertyViolations: Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, AI-generated content that imitates protected works, or misrepresentation of ownership.

• Deceptive AI-Generated Content: Content that impersonates real individuals without consent, spreads misinformation, or generates harmful deepfakes.

3. AI-Generated Content Guidelines

To ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI-generated content:

• Transparency: Users must disclose AI-generated content if it could be misleading or mistaken for real human-generated work.

• EthicalAIUse: AI should not be used to impersonate individuals, manipulate public opinion, or generate content intended to deceive.

• Protection Against Abuse: AI-generated content that promotes misinformation, violence, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.

• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their AI-generated content adheres to community guidelines and ethical standards.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding user privacy and ensuring compliance with international data protection laws:

• GDPRCompliance: Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.

• SOC 2 Security Standards: We implement robust security controls to protect user data from unauthorized access, breaches, and misuse.

• User Data Protection: Sharing personally identifiable information (PII) or private data of others without consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Children’s Privacy Protection

We take children’s privacy and safety seriously and comply with regulations such as the U.S.Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and **GDPR-K (**General Data Protection Regulationfor Kids).

• Age Restriction: The Akool Community isnot intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has registered without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete their account and associated data.

• Parental Control & Consent: If minors (ages 13-16) use our platform, parental or guardian consent may be required depending on the applicable laws in their region.

• Prohibition of Child Exploitation Content: Any content that depicts, promotes, or exploits minors in an inappropriate manner (including AI-generated content) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Restricted Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may request the deletion of any collected data regarding a minor by contactinginfo@akool.com.

• ChildSafetyMeasures: If you encounter any content that may endanger minors, please report it immediately throughinfo@akool.com. We have a dedicated team to handle child safety violations with priority.

6. Community Conduct & Ethical Behavior

• Respect & Inclusivity: Engage in constructive discussions and avoid harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.

• No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions: Refrain from excessive self-promotion, irrelevant content, or spamming the community with repetitive messages.

• Authenticity& Integrity: Do not engage in manipulative behaviors such as fake engagement, bot-generated interactions, or misleading users.

• Moderation Compliance: Follow moderator instructions and community enforcement actions if content is flagged for review.

7. Share and Earn Credits Policy

7.1 Direct Source Rewards

• When User B clicks on User A’s work and creates a similar one using “Create Similar,” A earns Credits.

When User C clicks on User B’s work and does the same, B earns Credits, but A does not.

Only the direct source creator can earn Credits, and rewards are not given further up the chain.

7.2 Reward Limit

To encourage quality content creation and sharing within the community, the following credit earning rules apply:

• Users earn 1 credit for each original post they publish.

• Users earn 2 credits when their post is recreated by another user.

• A maximum of 15 credits can be earned per user account per calendar month.

• Each user account can accumulate up to 1000 credits in total over its lifetime.

• Credits awarded from community rewards are valid for 31 days. When users spend credits, those from rewards will be deducted first.

8. Anti-Abuse Mechanism

8.1 Repetitive Action Restriction

Repeated recreations of the same post by the same user or team will only be counted once for credit rewards.

8.2 Account Risk Control

If multiple accounts are found farming Credits, the platform reserves the right to freeze Credits and restrict the account’s use of “Create Similar.”

If a work is reported or determined to be low-quality, previously granted credits may be revoked.

9. Violations & Exceptions

9.1 Credits Revocation for Violating Works

• If a work is deleted due to plagiarism, low quality, or policy violations, the earned Credits may be revoked.

9.2 Low-Quality Content Penalty

• If a user is found to be generating a large volume of low-quality AI work for farming Credits, they may face account bans & Credits reset.

10. Enforcement & Reporting Mechanisms

• Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies and take action against repeat offenders.

• User Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or violations viainfo@akool.com. Reports will be reviewed promptly.

• Account Actions: Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning, depending on severity.

• Appeals Process: If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or your account was unfairly restricted, you can submit an appeal for review.

By using the Akool Community, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Content Policies. Akool reserves the right to update these guidelines in response to evolving legal, ethical, and technological standards.
